Meet me

I'm glad you've found me here

I know searching for the right therapist can take time, energy and more emotional space than people often realise.

So, welcome,

Whether you're living with illness, grief, anxiety, trauma, addiction, or simply feeling lost, I hope you'll find this a place where you can pause for a moment.

Therapy offers a place where you don't have to carry everything on your own.

A little about me

I've always been curious about people.

Not just who they are, but how they become who they are.

I'm endlessly interested in the different ways we adapt to life, the roles we find ourselves living, and how our experiences quietly shape the way we see ourselves and the world around us.

Life has taught me that none of us are ever just one thing.

We're shaped by our families, our relationships, our cultures, the places we've lived and the experiences we've carried.

Some chapters stretch us.

Others ask us to stop, reflect and begin again.

Over time, I've come to appreciate that growth isn't about leaving parts of ourselves behind.

It's about learning to understand them with greater compassion and making room for all the parts of who we are.

Why this work

matters to me

I've spent many years listening to people's stories of heartbreak, illness, loss and change. Those experiences have never made me lose faith in people.

Quite the opposite.

They've reminded me that even in the presence of brutality, there can also be beauty, courage and resilience.

I've never stopped believing in the quiet power of one human meeting another.

I see people doing the very best they can with the lives they've lived, while often feeling disconnected from themselves.

Sometimes those ways of being once protected us, and sometimes they were shaped by family, relationships or experiences we never chose.

One of the greatest privileges of my work is witnessing people begin to recognise themselves differently, and gradually find ways of living that feel more like their own.

Change rarely begins with

having all the answers.

It often begins with a

quiet sense that something

matters, even if it's hard

to explain why.

Beyond the therapy

room

Outside of my work, you'll usually find me close to the sea.

I'm happiest swimming in open water and, if I'm honest, I'm often governed more by the tide times than the clock.

I love the feeling of being outdoors, whether that's walking along the coastline, exploring somewhere new or sitting with a good coffee watching the world go by.

Photography has become one of the ways I make sense of the world. It encourages me to slow down and notice details I might otherwise have missed—changing light, weathered textures, small moments of beauty that often pass unnoticed.

Those moments remind me that life doesn't always need to be hurried.

Sometimes it's enough simply to pay attention.
